What are PIP benefits and what does it pay for?

PIP benefits in Florida are personal injury protection benefits, also referred to as no-fault benefits. These are benefits that must be used after a car accident regardless of who causes the accident. If you qualify for no-fault or PIP benefits, they will pay 80% of your medical bills and 60% of your lost wages up to a combined limit of $10,000.
