Do I have to give a recorded statement to the insurance company in a Florida auto accident case?

Return to FAQ Videos

Transcript:

After you’ve been involved in a Florida crash in the state of Florida, you may have to speak to an insurance company. However, it is highly recommended that before you do so you speak to an attorney so you understand what’s gonna happen in that recorded conversation and you know what your rights are. The insurance company and their adjusters are not your friends, you have to understand that they are looking to take advantage of anything that you might say in order to hurt your case. If you’ve been involved in an auto accident before you speak to any insurance company, please speak to a qualified attorney.
